Processing Times
Processing time for bulk orders can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days depending on the quantity purchased and product avaliability. Custom products, such as I tips and clipins, may take longer. After processing orders ship immediately.
Payment Methods
Billing information or shipping address must match the address presented on your ID verification. Paid memberships are billed through paypal. All other currency exchanges are done directly through the site with Shop pay, apple pay, paypal etc.
Return policy
Due to the nature of our products and sanitation reasons, Merchandise must be returned in its original state and with the original packaging. Hair that has been used or damaged in any way (cut wefts, modified length, dyed, bleached, or any other alterations) will not be accepted for any form of a refund. Safety seals must be intact and not tempered with in any way (missing, ripped, or unsealed). All hair must be returned in its original bundled form with its original packaging and documents within the allotted time period of 14 calendar days. Any return packages shipped after 14 calendar days of delivery, will no longer be accepted.
Orders over 10 pieces will be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. Pieces that appears to have been tempered with will not be accepted
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including Custom fees. For convenience, we can send you a return label. However, the cost of creating that label will be deducted from your refund credit. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances.
Samples
Samples are not available at wholesale prices, and must be purchased from our general listings. Wholesale pricing is only available to confirmed members. Note: You will not be allowed to join the wholesale program if you have never made a purchase with us.
ID Verification
For security purposes, all memberships will require Government issued ID verification. If, at any point, you will be shipping to any location other than the address listed on your ID, proof of access may also be required. If we cannot cross reference or verify the legitimacy of the provided documents your wholesale account may not be approved or may be terminated.
Pricing & Discounts
No further discounts will be available for orders made under the wholesale program. In most cases, platinum members receive the maximum discount possible. Exxtended Image makes no profit on these order.
Loyalty Rewards
All Bulk/ wholesale purchases are currently excluded from our loyalty program. You will not accumulate points from these purchases nor will you be able to redeem your rewards on them.

Cancellation of Membership
Memberships may be canceled at any time. However, your membership will remain active until the end of the cycle.
To cancel your membership email Jenae@exxtendedimagehair.com you may also cancel your membership with paypal.
Here’s how to find your automatic payments on the PayPal website:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click Money, Banks and Cards.
- Click Set preapproved payments.
- Select the merchant.
On this page, you can cancel the automatic payment and change the backup funding source (if need be).
