Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications:
Only minor changes are permitted after an order is submitted, such as adding, removing, or replacing items. Removals can be made at any time before shipment. Adding or switching items must be done within 24 hours of submission. For more complex changes, the order must be canceled and resubmitted within 24 hours.
Cancellation Requests:
Order cancellations can be submitted through the Order Status Page or My Account interface. Formal cancellation requests can be emailed to info@exxtendedimagehair.com. Cancellations are accepted only from the email associated with the order. No cancellations can be honored after 24 hours, especially for orders with express processing, as they begin immediate processing. *Express PROCESSING and Express SHIPPING are two different services.
Orders with express processing cannot be canceled at all as they start processing immediately after the order has been submitted. *Express PROCESSING and Express SHIPPING are two different services. Due to staffing restrictions, we are currently not offering express processing.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Refunds:
Due to product nature and sanitation reasons, refunds to the original payment method are not issued, except for mistakes on our end. Items must be returned for store credit, which can be used for a future purchase or exchange.
Credit Qualification:
To qualify for full credit, merchandise must be returned in its original bundled state and packaging within 10 days of post-delivery. No returns will be accepted after 25 days post-delivery.
For example, an order delivered on the 2nd must have been dropped off to the shipping courier on or before the 12th. Packages sent after the 27th will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
Hair that has been installed, washed, cut, modified, dyed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and a $20 stocking fee applies to returns post 10 days of delivery.
Review Process:
Once we receive your return, we will review the contents. False pretense returns may incur a $20 stocking fee deducted from your credit.
Non-Compliant Returns:
Returned packages not meeting policy criteria, e.g., used, damaged, or non-Exxtended Image products, will be disposed of without compensation.
Non-Refundable Items:
Clearance items, Digital Downloads, special orders, items with premium customization services, custom wigs with the wefts cut are sold as is and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return to Sender and Refused Packages
Address Verification and Delivery:
Packages may be marked "return to sender" if the provided address is invalid, incomplete, or if circumstances prevent the carrier from delivering your package (e.g., inability to obtain a signature). In case you are unavailable for a signature after several attempts, the package will be held for pickup at your local courier store before defaulting to "return to sender." It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided address and to arrange for redelivery or pickup if you won't be available on the expected delivery date.
Return Process for Undelivered or Refused Packages:
Packages marked "return to sender" or refused at delivery will be restocked. Our return policy stipulates that items must be returned for store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. For domestic packages, this includes the initial shipment cost and the return shipment fee. For international packages, it includeds the initial shipment cost, return shipping fees, and any customs fees imposed on Exxtended Image.
Important Note on International Returns:
Refused international orders have been subject to customs fees and duties in the past. They have also taken months to be delivered back to us. Please note that no credit will be issued until we have received your order. We strongly advise confidence in your purchases and the provided information.

Final Notes:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs after the initial purchase (both return shipping to us and shipping back to you).

No 'cash' refunds.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be given in the same manner of purchase, only store credit will be given.
Any returned packages that go against our policy, i.e used, damaged or not our products, will be disposed of and no form of compensation will be provided.
